Mixed Feelings About My Stay
windowless room late check-in
The room had no window. This was a significant issue. I found out about the missing window only at check-in, past 4 PM. Low ceilings added to the discomfort. A windowless room and a late check-in are not a good combination.

the gym HAS good equipment. i saw treadmills. there are also stationary bikes. the breakfast buffet offers many choices.

large shower comfortable mattress delicious breakfast
The bathroom had a very large shower area. I found the mattress comfortable! The pool was lovely. Breakfast offered many delicious options.
I found the air conditioning made a permanent noise. It drove me crazy. I could not sleep well even when the air conditioning was set to 'low'.

The gym features three treadmills and two stationary bikes. Guests can maintain their fitness routines. The spa provides treatments with local herbs and traditional techniques, it promotes relaxation. There are also two outdoor pools and a kids' club .

decent stay but some issues exists
frosted window air conditioning noise
The room i had lacked a proper view that surprised me. i believed the premium room would offer something better, i got a frosted window, looking at a wall. also, the air conditioning made a constant noise. It did not allow me to sleep well, even on the lowest setting. it was not what i expected for the money i payed. facilities are great anyway.
